Accomodation Rooms Description You will wake up seeing the beauty of the countryside from all bedrooms in this villa. Rustic, elegant and pleasant, all rooms include high quality wooden headboards. You will be able to choose the most suitable bedroom for you; there are 2 Queen Bedrooms, 3 Twin Bedrooms, and a Single Bedroom, all featuring nice soft linen. All bedrooms, except the single one, offer bathroom en suite.
Baths There are 4 bathrooms offering sinks, bath or shower and toilet. We are glad to quote that towels, hair dryers and toiletries are provided by the owners. Kitchen Create original meals in this practical rustic kitchen offering hob, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso, microwave and fridge. Next to the kitchen a small area with a fire place.
Living Room The villa has a large cozy living room offering Satellite TV conveniently placed in front of a comfy sofa and 2 comfy armchairs ideal to read. There is a round table to enjoy entertaining meals as The Knights of the Round Table.
Others Enjoy choosing the best place to relax during your vacation: swimming in the pool, laying down on the sunbeds o just contemplating the Mediterranean Sea from the chill out.
Cleaning, Towels… There is a general cleaning offered the day of arrival, and another one at the check out.
Amenities/Facilities There is a lovely secluded garden next to an “Al Fresco” dining area conveniently placed under a porch to spend wonderful meals in a peaceful and energizing atmosphere.
Cancelations Cancellations must be at least 8 weeks before the arrival for a complete refund.
Your Booking Payments 50% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment on arrival. Security deposit is 2,000 € and is required to be paid upon arrival by a card (no AMEX or diners).
