This leads onto a large, open plan island kitchen, complete with 2 separate ovens, an American style fridge, dishwasher and separate utility room with washing facilities and ample storage. A separate guest cloakroom provides further convenience.

The whole property benefits from a light and modern feel, with multiple floor to ceiling retractable doors opening onto large ground and first floor terraced areas. The expansive Mediterranean garden is fully mature with a mixture of palms, citrus trees, bamboo, cacti and a lush looking artificial lawn to walk around on. There is also an extensive range of outdoor furnishings including a shaded dining area for 9, comfortable sofas, a large Kettle barbeque, sun loungers and parasols. The villa is equipped with a Sonos sound system and a full multinational TV package. It also benefits from a very robust security system (which must be used as a condition of rental). It is exceptionally well connect by being close to the road that leads either to Jesus or Roca Lisa / Santa Eularia.
